The draft terms that will govern use of the VP Dance School website and the path from enquiry to a confirmed programme.

About these terms

VP Dance School is an initiative by Ernesto Ebreu × Wealth City Agency. These draft terms apply to the Dance School website and to enquiries made through it. A final legal entity, address, and governing-law provision must be approved before launch.

Enquiries are not enrolment

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract, reserve a place, or guarantee that a programme will run. Programme availability, city, studio, schedule, participant limits, and scope are confirmed separately in writing.

Prices shown are 2027 launch rates. They may be withdrawn or changed before a written agreement is made, subject to applicable law.

Participants and guardians

The public enquiry form is for adults aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian must contact the school directly about a minor. Final enrolment may require additional information, emergency contacts, a participation waiver, and guardian consent.

Programme delivery

The proposed rhythm of four 60-minute sessions per four-week month is a planning structure, not a promise of specific dates. Sessions may be adjusted for studio availability, holidays, illness, cast needs, or force majeure. Any material change will be communicated.

Private client booking links

Private booking links are personal, time-limited, and revocable. Do not share a link. A reservation is only complete when the site confirms it and a reference is shown. Reserving a slot does not itself collect payment.

Payments

No card details are collected through this website. Payment terms are set out on the payment terms page and must be confirmed in a written agreement. Installation options are payment schedules, not credit or financing.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, abusive, unlawful, or harmful content.
Do not attempt to access another person’s booking link or administrative area.
Do not scrape, disrupt, or probe the site or its security controls.
Do not copy or commercially use school materials without permission.

Intellectual property

Site text, programme materials, choreography, marks, and design are protected by applicable rights. Photography is credited where shown and used under the stated licences. No licence is granted except for personal viewing of the site.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and participation in physical activity carries inherent risk. Final risk, waiver, and liability terms require legal review and a separate participation agreement.
