Dance styles

Many rhythms. One language.

A wide vocabulary, taught from the foundation up. Whether you are drawn to the elegance of ballroom, the pulse of Latin, or the freedom of house, the principles of weight, timing, and connection carry across every style.

How it works

One style, or a mix.

You do not have to choose a single style and stay there. Lessons can move between ballroom, Latin, and club forms as your goals change — or stay focused on one technique until it feels like second nature.

If you are preparing for a specific song, we will often blend foundations from more than one style to match the music. The priority is always movement that feels natural to you, not a rigid syllabus.

Curiosity is enough.

You do not need to know which style you want. The intro consultation is a chance to try a few things and find out what feels right.
