Inside the style
Learn the foundation. Then make it yours.
Ballroom gives two people a structure to move as one. You will learn how to hold a frame without tension, how to move across the floor with intention, and how small signals create clear, comfortable turns.
Lessons can focus on American Smooth — waltz, foxtrot, tango, and Viennese waltz — or American Rhythm, including cha-cha, rumba, East Coast swing, bolero, and mambo. The ballroom tango is a different style from Argentine tango. The goal is not a perfect competition routine. It is the quiet confidence of knowing what to do when the music starts.
