Legal
Terms of use.
These terms apply to this website and to lesson requests submitted through it. They do not replace the specific terms confirmed with an individual booking.
Effective October 2026
About this website
This website is operated for Ernesto Ebreu, a dance instruction and choreography business serving Seattle, Washington. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Lesson requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a request through the booking page reserves nothing. A booking becomes an appointment only when the studio confirms it directly. The studio may decline a request because of availability, scope, safety, or another legitimate reason. No payment is collected through this website.
Pricing and payment
Published rates describe private instruction and packages at the time of publication. Custom choreography, artist projects, group work, and travel may be quoted separately. The price and payment arrangement for your booking will be confirmed before the work begins. Prices may change for future bookings.
Scheduling and cancellation
- Lesson times are arranged by appointment and subject to confirmation.
- Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel; the studio will try to find another time.
- The cancellation terms that apply to your booking are confirmed with you when the booking is accepted.
- Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may affect future booking availability.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and relevant scheduling information.
- Disclose injuries or conditions that may affect safe participation.
- Follow reasonable safety instructions in the studio.
- Treat instructors, staff, and other clients with respect.
- Do not record or publish lessons without permission.
Dance and physical activity
Dance involves physical movement and carries a risk of strain or injury. You participate voluntarily and are responsible for working within your own limits. Seek medical advice if you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you. The studio does not provide medical advice.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the studio and may not be copied or reused without permission. Custom choreography created for a client may be used by that client for the agreed purpose; broader reproduction or commercial use requires permission.
Photography and reviews
Editorial photographs on this site are licensed images used to illustrate movement and atmosphere; they do not depict the studio's clients or instructors unless expressly stated. Credits are listed on the image credits page. Client reviews are reproduced as shared by the clients.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites, including the website management agency. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. The studio is not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised when material changes are made.
