What we collect

The public Dance School enquiry form collects exactly four visible pieces of information: your name, surname, age, and dance request. It does not ask for an email address, phone number, city, or payment details.

Separate private client booking links may collect the client name, email address, optional phone number, selected programme, and the session time you reserve.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser type, and error logs to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

Why we use it

To review and respond to a dance enquiry.
To administer a private client invitation, reservation, and related schedule.
To protect the website, prevent spam, and maintain security.
To keep records needed to operate the school and meet legal obligations.
To improve the clarity and accessibility of the programme information.

Minors

The public enquiry form is limited to adults aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian who wants to ask about a minor should email contact@vpdance.com. Do not submit a minor’s personal information through the public form.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that host the site, deliver email, or support scheduling, and where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Retention

Enquiry records are intended to be kept for up to 24 months after the last relevant contact unless a longer period is required for a confirmed engagement or legal obligation. Draft booking records are intended to be kept for up to seven years to support accounting and dispute resolution. These periods require business and legal approval.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information, and to object to certain processing. Email contact@vpdance.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Cookies and local storage
