Cancellation & Rescheduling

Enquiries

You can stop an enquiry at any time by telling the school. No payment is made through the enquiry form, so cancelling an enquiry has no financial consequence.

Before a programme is confirmed

No cancellation obligation arises until a written programme agreement or invoice is issued and accepted. Once a place is confirmed, the cancellation terms in that written agreement apply.

Private client reservations

A private client may cancel or request to move a reserved session by contacting the school as early as possible. The intended standard is at least 48 hours’ notice for a change, subject to the final written terms.

Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used. This must be confirmed in the client agreement and is subject to applicable law.

School-initiated changes

If the school must move or cancel a session because of studio availability, illness, safety, or circumstances outside its control, the school will offer a replacement session or another fair remedy. Any refund position must be set out in the written agreement.

Refunds

No refund is promised by this draft beyond what applicable law requires or what is expressly agreed in writing. Any refund method, timing, and deduction for work already delivered must be documented before launch.

Groups and productions

Group, team, and production bookings may require separate cancellation terms because costs are committed across a cast and production timeline. Those terms must be provided in the project quote.

How to cancel

Contact contact@vpdance.com or +1 646-972-1769. Include the booking or enquiry reference. A cancellation is not effective until the school acknowledges it in writing.
